With so much space, passengers can truly unwind and enjoy the bay’s magnificent scenery. While all those who visit Halong Bay are charmed by the archipelago’s beauty, few visitors are aware that the three-thousand islands that dot this bay are home to many rare plants, including species found nowhere else in the world.
DAY 1: WELCOME ABOARD: HANOI – HALONG BAY(L, D)
Our driver will meet you at your hotel at 7:45am to take you on the 4-hour drive passing the countryside of the Red River Delta to Halong Bay.

Boarding time is at 12:15 pm. Upon boarding guests are greeted with a welcome drink and gather in the dining room for a comprehensive safety and boat orientation briefing followed by itinerary details.
After the briefing and check in we have a bit of free time till lunch is served at 1:00pm. Lunch is a multi-course Vietnamese and Western set menu. Any and all dietary needs will be catered to. It’s also a relaxing way to enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising towards thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water, passing by Stone Dog islet, floating fishing village, incense burner islet, fighting cocks islet,…
In the afternoon, boarding trip visits Heavenly Palace Cave – the most beautiful one in Halong Bay. Then you have a chance kayaking about an hour or more through slide rock cliffs. And swimming time, this is great chance to relax in water, jumping, diving, take a back flip, somersault. After that, joint the sunset party on the sundeck in warm and romantic atmosphere, drinking wine, enjoy fresh fruits, listening soft, light music from the sundeck bar… or enjoy the sunset from the sundeck or while swimming, then a dinner will be served on board at around 7:30pm.
Dinner is a sumptuous buffet featuring an array of salads, seafood, meat dishes, seasonal fresh fruits and deserts. Then, it’s the moment you choose your own way to relax after dinner, watching movies, listening to Vietnamese traditional music, wearing costumes for King, Queen and mandarin to take photo. Besides, board games, squid fishing available for entertainment during the night time.

DAY 2: HALONG BAY – CATBA ISLAND(B, L, D)
The next morning coffee, tea, fruits and breakfast pastries are on offer from 6:45. Tai Chi lessons are led by our tai chi master at 6:00 to 6:30 before breakfast. And then back to the cruise for check-out and take a local boat to LanHa Bay. Local boat trip to visit Monkey Island(if permitted).
Lunch is served in NamCat island, and here, after check-in the bungalow, it’s free time for kayaking and many activities in Nam Cat island exploring untouched area in Lan Ha Bay or join the trip to Viet Hai village (if you stay in Cat Ba Sandy Beach resort ) – biking to visit the village in the valley – located in the middle of Catba national park (The trip to Viet Hai village is optional and not included: Extra USD 5/per for entrance fee, boat trip, tour guide, bike and insurance).
Buffet dinner at Bungalow, go fishing, relax on the sandy beach, listening to sea wave at very peaceful and quiet place.

DAY 3: CATBA ISLAND – HALONG BAY – HANOI(B, L)
The next morning, coffee, tea and breakfast pastries are on offer from 6:45 at bungalow. After that, say goodbye NamCat island, picked-up at bungalow by boat. About one hour is spent on the bay to get on the cruise to attend the cooking class while cruising back Halong harbor.
Farewell lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor and get on the bus back to Hanoi.
Driver will be awaiting you at the dock to take you back to your hotel or residence in Hanoi.
